Chocolate Sheet Cake

A fast handwritten sheet cake with chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sour milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Frosting: butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cocoa

Instructions

  1. Sift sugar, flour, and cocoa.
  2. Heat butter, oil, and water to a boil, then mix into the dry ingredients.
  3. Add eggs, sour milk, vanilla, and baking soda.
  4. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes, then frost.
