Crock Pot Indian Stew Wraps

Ingredients
- Tomato paste and water
- Lean pork loin chops and chili seasoning
- No-salt petite diced tomatoes and onion
- Masa corn flour
- Black beans
- Sour cream, cheddar, salsa, and tortillas
Instructions
- Mix tomato paste and water in a crock pot.
- Coat pork in chili seasoning and add with tomatoes and onion.
- Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Thicken with masa slurry, add black beans, then serve in tortillas with toppings.
