Flipped Old English Muffins with White Crab
Mom's Flip2Tasty version removes the whole stick of butter but keeps the sharp cheese and crab flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 package English muffins
- 1 8 oz package low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 5 oz jar Kraft Old English Sharp Cheese Spread
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 7 oz can lump white crab meat
- Smoked paprika, to finish
Instructions
- Toast split muffins.
- Mix cheeses, garlic powder, garlic salt, mayonnaise, and crab.
- Spread on muffin halves and freeze until firm.
- Broil about 4 minutes until bubbly, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and cut into quarters.
