Flipped Old English Muffins with White Crab

Mom's Flip2Tasty version removes the whole stick of butter but keeps the sharp cheese and crab flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 package English muffins
  • 1 8 oz package low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 5 oz jar Kraft Old English Sharp Cheese Spread
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 7 oz can lump white crab meat
  • Smoked paprika, to finish

Instructions

  1. Toast split muffins.
  2. Mix cheeses, garlic powder, garlic salt, mayonnaise, and crab.
  3. Spread on muffin halves and freeze until firm.
  4. Broil about 4 minutes until bubbly, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and cut into quarters.
