IKEA Meatballs At Home
The official-looking IKEA card, which still makes me smile.
Ingredients
- Beef mince, pork mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper
- Oil, butter, flour, vegetable stock, beef stock, double cream, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Mix and shape meatballs; chill for about 2 hours.
- Brown meatballs, then bake covered at 180C / 160C fan for 30 minutes.
- Make sauce with butter, flour, stocks, cream, soy sauce, and Dijon.
- Serve with potatoes.
