IKEA Meatballs At Home

The official-looking IKEA card, which still makes me smile.

Ingredients

  • Beef mince, pork mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper
  • Oil, butter, flour, vegetable stock, beef stock, double cream, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix and shape meatballs; chill for about 2 hours.
  2. Brown meatballs, then bake covered at 180C / 160C fan for 30 minutes.
  3. Make sauce with butter, flour, stocks, cream, soy sauce, and Dijon.
  4. Serve with potatoes.
