Lemon Cake
Bright lemon cake with hot glaze poured into slits.
Ingredients
- 1 small package lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup hot water
- 1 package moist yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Glaze: lemon juice and powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare a floured 9x13 pan and heat oven to 350F.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and lemon juice, then slowly add dissolved jello.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Poke slits in hot cake and pour over shiny lemon glaze.
