- Good with chicken, seafood, creamy sauces, mushroom dishes, and nutty cheeses.
- Pouilly-Fuisse has that nicer white Burgundy thing where the wine feels round but still alive.
- Louis Jadot is a classic enough producer that this is an easy recommendation.
